A - B Recap

In just a few short days I was able to import all of the images for every chart topping music single released in the 1990's from Aaliyah to Bush. This is just a sample of what's to come. As the 90's provided constant variety in the music world, there are plenty more songs to be seen. While you may have noticed that there are several musicians who had memorable songs, they did not always chart high on the Billboard Top 100 because they were not commercially available. Songs like "I Want It That Way" by the Backstreet Boys, and "Are You That Somebody" by Aaliyah could easily have soared to number one had they been commercial singles.

Some artists are also seen just briefly in the 90's. For example, Christina Aguilera just barely squeezes in. Then there are artists who are very noticably missing. Ashanti for example had not broken onto the scene yet. Her first single wouldn't hit until late 2001. Some artists are truly unique to the 90's already. Boyz II Men, a huge supergroup, did not come into the music scene until 1991. Their last charted hit, 1999.

Up next is the letter "C." Mariah Carey plunged onto the scene in the early 90's. By 1999, her career was still strong, so like Aguilera, we will not see her entire career. Tevin Campbell, C&C Music Factory, and Candlebox are some of the artists coming up who had a big impact on the decade. And of course, we will see some one hit wonders. Charles & Eddie, Cause & Effect and Candyman are among some of them. With the letter see, we find Belinda Carlisle with one last career hit as the 90's comes into play.

I will get the new music up as fast as I can.For now, enjoy the memories of the "C."
